Background
Fourteen years running a real estate investment and construction business, thirty-plus projects across four states, carrying the P&L on each one. It was owner-operated and ran on subcontractor invoices, permits and paperwork, with no back office behind it. Before that, enterprise sales in the Netherlands. The last eighteen months have gone into building software: workflow tools, agent networks and a full product end to end, all of it built alone and without an engineering background.

Impossible To Name
Founder and product lead
- Took a consumer EU visa platform from idea to a live product in six weeks, working alone and without an engineering background.
- Built it on one rule: every number the product states is computed, and the AI only writes the sentences around it. Eligibility, thresholds, form filling and task sequencing are deterministic.
- Chose what to build by reading what people actually asked: questions posted in forums and communities, and search demand data.
- Put the financial qualification questions ahead of the paywall, so anyone who cannot meet the income threshold finds out before paying.
- Three pathways run end to end: assessment, guided wizard, task list and a package of filled government forms.
- Built the in-product support agent, which answers from figures computed for that specific family, says what it does not know, and logs every low-confidence answer so the gaps become the content backlog.
- Turned the recurring work into about fifteen reusable agents covering content production, research, specification writing, form field mapping and knowledge-base upkeep.
- Built a monitoring system that watches 91 government sources for rule changes. A claimed quote has to appear in the source or the alert is rejected.
- 2012 to 2026Florida, Louisiana, Iowa and Kentucky, run from New York
Wacker Management
Founder and principal
- Ran 30+ rehab, remodel and ground-up projects across four states, carrying the P&L on each one. Job starts were staggered so no more than three sites were live at once.
- Managed more than $20M of own and investor capital across the portfolio, and owned the investor relationships, reporting and distributions.
- Priced every deal before committing capital. Trailing six-month comparable sales set the number the finished house had to sell for; subcontractor quotes set the cost and the schedule. Margin came from purchase negotiation and budget control after that.
- Worked daily with architects, engineers, general contractors and trade crews, none of whom worked for the business, and directly with title companies and lawyers through closing.
- Pulled permits and ran inspections directly with county and municipal authorities in every jurisdiction.
- Managed a small rental portfolio directly, as the first call for leasing, maintenance and anything a tenant needed.
- 2014 to 2016, alongside Wacker ManagementNew York
Caliber Associates
Residential leasing agent, New York licensed
- Worked the New York City rental market inside a five-person team at the brokerage: showings, applications and board packages through leasing offices and property management companies citywide.
- 2010 to 2012Amsterdam
SThree
Team lead, business development
- Sold contract IT infrastructure staffing into ASML, NXP Semiconductors, VDL, Siemens, Huawei and LyondellBasell. Opened ASML, which became the largest account, with twenty contractors running concurrently at peak.
- Broke into the big accounts by working several divisions and levels at once until the firm made the preferred-vendor list, then ran each placement through the hiring manager, HR and finance to C-suite sign-off. Sold on what an unfinished team costs, not on rate.
- Promoted to team lead after six months. Hired, coached and led a team of five while carrying a desk. Top 5% of performers; exceeded every quota and qualified for every incentive.
